After 58 years in business serving customers across Western Canada, we’ve seen firsthand the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the local businesses we are proud to serve. Increased lead times as a result of shipment delays, manufacturing delays, and component shortages have caused undue burden on Canadian businesses.
Over the past two years, we have watched lead times increase and done our best to find solutions for our customers in need of swift material handling solutions.
But we were at the same mercy of the international supply chain as every other supplier.
As a service company first and foremost, we are committed to reducing the pain points for our customers. We have seen the butterfly effect that unforeseen delays have on the #materialhandling industry and the customers who require equipment fast.
We needed to have an option to help maintain timelines for not only new equipment sales, but those customers in urgent need of a new hoist.
