1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RGA), which must be obtained by contacting a Kristian Electric Ltd. branch via email.
• Only resellable parts regularly carried in stock are eligible for return.
• Special orders and non-stock items are non-returnable.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
• Kristian Electric Ltd. reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion.

2. Restocking Fees

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the item and vendor.
• Restocking fees may be waived at the discretion of Kristian Electric Ltd. under special circumstances.

3. Inspection and Condition Requirements

• All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in resellable condition.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Kristian Electric Ltd. reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
• Reminder: New PC boards are non-returnable if the static bag has been opened.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Kristian Electric Ltd.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Kristian Electric Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

5. How to Initiate a Return

• Customers may return items in person to any Kristian Electric Ltd. branch.
• Alternatively, to initiate a return by mail, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact your nearest Kristian Electric Ltd. branch via email to request an RGA number.
  2. Clearly label the package with the RGA number provided.
  3. Ship the return prepaid to the address provided in your return approval email.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the product and process any applicable refund or credit.
