Kristian Electric was founded in 1964 to provide industrial wiring and maintenance services to the Calgary area. The company was soon established as a sound and reliable service outlet supplying maintenance to a wide variety of equipment in the manufacturing and oilfield areas. Sales and installation of new equipment was also provided.

With the desire to improve this service the appointment as authorized sales and service station to a large crane and hoist manufacturer was welcomed. This was soon followed by becoming an authorized parts and warranty depot for a leading manufacturer of welding equipment. Progressively, Kristian Electric now represents several crane and hoist manufacturers as well as numerous welding and plasma cutting equipment manufacturers in warranty repairs and sales of parts. A large inventory of parts is carried and factory trained personnel in both areas are on staff.

 

In 1991 Kristian Electric continued its growth with the opening of a branch in Edmonton to provide the same type of service to the northern parts of Alberta, which has been thriving ever since. 

 

In 2014 Kristian Electric expanded its borders into Saskatchewan and opened our newest branch in Saskatoon.
